Awakening Hope Guatemala Missions Director
Our leadership team is prayerfully seeking God’s guidance to identify a business or ministry professional who is ready to take our mission—and their own calling—to the next level. We are looking for an In-Country Missions Director to step into a vital leadership role on the ground in Guatemala.
If you have a heart for the people of Guatemala, prior experience with our missions program, and a calling toward deeper kingdom impact, this could be the door God is opening for you.
Our Commitment to You
Stepping into a foreign mission field is a massive journey, and you won’t walk it alone. Once our new Director is identified, Awakening Hope will provide:
Comprehensive Training prior to deployment: Deep-dive preparation into our mission goals, partnerships, and operational processes.
Relocation Support: Full logistical and foundational support as you transition to living and serving full-time in Guatemala.
A Local Team: You will step directly into leading and empowering an incredible, established country team dedicated to meeting our ministry goals.
Who We Are Looking For
We believe God has already been preparing the right person for this role. Ideal candidates will possess:
A strong professional background in either business operations, management, or ministry leadership.
Prior experience with missions (ideally having already participated in our Guatemala missions program).
A discernable spiritual call to higher involvement and long-term service in Guatemala.
Proven leadership abilities to guide, support, and grow our in-country team.
